When I started looking for a new camper last summer I had the experience of four previous campers to inform my search for what is likely to be my last camper. These included conversions by both Devon and Autosleeper. After much research and some visits I found SMC Campers via their website and then visited to see some of their work. The design layout, quality of components and standard of work and high quality sourced base vans were all excellent and I bought one of their ‘Xplore’ conversions.
Since then we have spent time in the Outer Hebrides and more recently the south of France. The van performed brilliantly and I’m pleased to say the conversion met our needs well. I am still marveling at the use of space and the large storage capacity offered.
I can unreservedly recommend that anyone considering a camper conversion look closely at these excellent vans.
